Over the years, more than 30 subsidiaries of our group have conducted various surveys (employee satisfaction survey, leadership assessment, core value/organizational culture survey, etc.), resulting in increased employee fatigue and decreased response reliability. To address this phenomenon, we needed a platform that allowed for tailored indicators based on each subsidiary's business environment, while keeping core group values as common indicators, covering both overall comparative analysis and addressing unique organizational issues.
