  • Over the years, more than 30 subsidiaries of our group have conducted various surveys (employee satisfaction survey, leadership assessment, core value/organizational culture survey, etc.), resulting in increased employee fatigue and decreased response reliability. To address this phenomenon, we needed a platform that allowed for tailored indicators based on each subsidiary's business environment, while keeping core group values as common indicators, covering both overall comparative analysis and addressing unique organizational issues.

  • At Seoul National University Graduate School of Engineering, a project management expert training program (EPM) for PMs in the industrial field is held every semester. During the training on project management, systematic assessment of project leadership and competency, feedback coaching, and specific system management for six months of leadership training are promoted through the Global Assessment platform. It is a suitable system for promoting special training programs for each company, and it is even more useful for promoting assessment projects for SNU students and graduates, such as PM competency assessment.
